For the AI Image Generator, generated images and related generation details may be stored to provide features such as image history and downloads.

MidGenAI does not permanently store text prompts, uploaded images, uploaded videos, generated audio, generated videos, processed images, or temporary files submitted to or generated by the Text-to-Speech, Text-to-Video, or Background Remover tools.

4. Commercial and Non-Commercial Use

Unless otherwise stated, MidGenAI allows both commercial and non-commercial use of content generated using our AI tools, provided that your use complies with these Terms of Service and applicable laws.

• AI Image Generator: Generated images may be used for commercial and personal projects, including websites, social media, marketing, advertising, games, apps, design work, and client projects.
• Text-to-Speech (TTS): Generated audio may be used commercially in videos, podcasts, games, applications, presentations, advertisements, and other creative works.
• Text-to-Video: Generated videos may be used for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including marketing, educational content, social media, presentations, entertainment, and business projects.
• Background Remover: Images processed using the Background Remover tool may be freely used for commercial and personal purposes.

MidGenAI does not claim ownership of AI-generated output. Subject to applicable law and any rights of third parties, ownership of generated content belongs to the user.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your generated content and its use do not violate copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Using MidGenAI for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Uploading content that you do not own or have permission to use.
• Generating unlawful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, or infringing content.
• Attempting to bypass platform security or rate limits.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or exploiting the platform.
• Using the services in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or unexpected results. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated output before using or distributing it.

MidGenAI makes no guarantees regarding the originality, accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

MidGenAI and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or AI-generated outputs. All services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
